Investment Objective
The Fund aims to achieve a return of capital growth and income over a rolling five-year period, after all fees and expenses. It will do so by investing in a diversified range of assets worldwide, through investment in collective investment schemes. Investors may compare the performance of the Fund against a composite benchmark (i.e. a benchmark comprised of more than one other benchmarks) comprising 32% Russell 1000 TR GBP, 10% Russell 2500 TR GBP, 20% FTSE World Europe ex UK TR GBP, 2% FTSE All Share TR GBP, 1% Deutsche Numis Smaller Companies Index XIC TR, 10% FTSE Japan Index TR, 12.5% FTSE World Asia Pacific ex Japan TR GBP and 12.5% MSCI Emerging Markets TR (the “Comparator Benchmark”).
The Omnis Access fund range offers a selection of professionally managed investment funds designed to help grow your money over time. Each Omnis Access fund is made up of a range of index tracking investments from Legal & General Asset Management (L&G). An index tracking investment follows a specific market index (such as the S&P 500), meaning it holds broadly the same types of assets as the index it tracks. This approach provides a transparent and cost-effective way to invest, while keeping performance closely aligned with global markets.
As a result, the Omnis Access funds offer built-in diversification, helping to spread both risk and opportunity across different regions and asset classes. This diversification is combined with Omnis’ disciplined approach to asset allocation, ensuring each fund remains aligned to its intended level of risk over the long term.
There are four funds in the range: Cautious, Balanced, Adventurous, and 100% Equity; each carefully constructed to match a specific attitude to investing. Whether you prefer a cautious approach or are happy to accept more ups and downs in pursuit of higher returns, your financial adviser can recommend an Omnis Access fund that’s right for you and your long-term goals.
*The Comparator Benchmark is used for the purposes of performance comparison only.
The Comparator Benchmark has been selected as it is representative of the assets in which the Fund will invest in line with its investment objective and investment policy. The Comparator Benchmark is constructed to provide a broad reference point that is consistent with the Fund’s long-term risk profile and diversified asset mix. The Fund does not track or seek to outperform the Comparator Benchmark and is not managed by reference to the Comparator Benchmark.

Legal & GeneralInvestment Policy
The Fund may invest up to 100% of its assets in collective investment schemes (CIS), which themselves invest worldwide in a diversified range of assets. The Fund will have indirect exposure to the following asset classes: Typically 100% in equities (shares in companies); Up to 5% in fixed income bonds (corporate and government bonds), and/or cash, assets that can be easily converted into cash or cash equivalents (for example, money market instruments or deposits).
The fund will invest in small-cap companies, as well as having a bias to Emerging Markets relative to global equity markets. The Fund’s exposure to each asset class may change periodically within the ranges stated above. Assets will not be confined to any particular sector or geography.
The Fund’s indirect exposure to these asset classes is through its investment in CIS (including exchange traded funds and other schemes managed and operated by the ACD or its associates). Each of the CIS that the Fund invests in are designed to provide the Fund with indirect exposure to a particular index or indices. The CIS may also hold money market instruments, cash, deposits and warrants. The Fund will invest predominantly in units of underlying CIS managed by the appointed Investment Manager or its affiliates to achieve its investment objective and gain exposure to its diversified asset classes. Although, the Fund selects the CIS through which it invests, its investment approach is largely passive in that these CIS are not actively managed.
The Fund is part of the Omnis Access Fund range, which offers four funds with different expected combinations of investment risk and return. This Fund has the highest equity weighting and aims to achieve the highest risk and return relative to other funds in the range.
Use may also be made of temporary borrowing and cash holdings.
Derivatives may also be used for the purposes of efficient portfolio management.
