The markets view on our new PM

Following the appointment of Rishi Sunak as Prime Minister, Franklin Templeton’s UK team, who manage the Omnis UK All Companies Fund and the Omnis UK Smaller Companies Fund, have written this short piece about what this new prime minister means for markets.

Whilst Sunak has some tough decisions to make ahead, his approach to fiscal responsibility has been welcomed by markets.
