Mehdi Kadhim

Chief Executive Officer

Mehdi joined Omnis in November 2025 as Chief Executive Officer, with 25 years' experience across asset management, wealth management, and banking. He previously served as Group Chief Transformation Officer at Royal London, leading major programmes including the acquisition and integration of the Aegon Protection business. Before this, he spent over 20 years at Santander, including five years as CEO of Santander Asset Management UK, where he simplified the investment proposition and strengthened engagement with advisers and customers. Mehdi holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge. He is focused on building strong, customer-led businesses and teams, and is excited to support advisers and contribute to the Openwork Group’s continued growth.

Robert Jeffree

Interim Chief Investment Officer

Robert leads the investment team for Omnis Investments and has worked in financial services for over 20 years. His background includes senior roles in asset management and investment strategy. Robert ensures that Omnis Agility continues to evolve, maintaining its position as a leading investment solution and to deliver good outcomes for our clients.

Patrick O'Donnell

Chief Investment Strategist

Patrick joined Omnis in 2024 and is our Chief Investment Strategist and is responsible for Asset Allocation. He has 20 years industry experience and joined us from Aberdeen where he held multiple roles as a quantitative analyst, derivatives trader and ultimately a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager from 2011. Patrick graduated with a BAI, BA (Hons) in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an MSc (Hons) in Digital Signal Processing from King’s College London.

Hannah Evans

Head of Manager Research

Hannah joined Omnis in 2022 having begun her career at a UK actuarial consultancy, Lane Clark and Peacock, LLP. Hannah has nearly 20 years’ experience in investment manager research and more recently worked at Russell Investments evaluating and identifying investments strategies that offer the optimal risk and reward characteristics for clients. At Omnis she will lead our work on selecting and monitoring the investment managers of the Omnis funds.

Rohit Vaswani

Investment Director

With 18 years of industry experience, Rohit works directly with advisers and investors, helping them understand Omnis's investment philosophy and how the portfolios are being invested. He also works closely with the investment team and the investment managers to ensure that Omnis's delivers good client outcomes.

Tim Dingemans

Investment Strategist

Tim Dingemans is a Financial Services professional with over 40 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Personal Financial Services, Fintech, and Investment Banking sales. Tim has worked as a Portfolio Manager for over 10 years in Global Macro and Emerging Market hedge funds. He spent 20 years in Investment Banking working for UBS, ING and Morgan Stanley. Most recently he worked in the IFA world as CIO and helped bring fintech into IFAs. At Omnis Investments, Tim uses his experience across the Advice world, Investment Banking and Portfolio Management to help the Investment Team achieve superior investment outcomes for our client portfolios.

Tom Rosser

Senior Investment Analyst

Tom Rosser is a Senior Investment Analyst within the Manager Research Team at Omnis Investments. Prior to joining Omnis, Tom worked at RiverStone International where he was an Investment Manager covering public core Fixed Income along with private markets. Before this he worked at Aberdeen, Aviva Investors and The Share Centre where he was responsible for manager selection across a broad range of asset classes. Tom has a Masters degree in Investment Management and a Bachelors in Economics, he is also a CFA Charterholder.

Matt Daniels

Investment Analyst

Matt joined Omnis in 2024 having previously completed two years on The Openwork Partnership's graduate scheme. Matt works in the manager research team at Omnis, undertaking research and fund analysis in the selection and monitoring of the investment managers of the Omnis fund range.
